Technical Requirements
Zero buoyancy cables are mainly used for electrical connections between equipment and require work in an underwater environment. According to the signal transmission requirements, the signal control line can be composed of multi-strand stranded single-core, multi-core, and many pairs of different combinations of core wires; according to the use requirements, it can be in the form of longitudinal underwater robot cables and transverse seals.
Longitudinal underwater zero buoyancy cable: used for ship through the warehouse connection, high reliability of the use of the environment. The cable end face (axial) is required to be able to withstand water pressure, and no water seepage is allowed within the specified test pressure and time.
Transverse underwater zero-buoyancy cable: Underwater use environment for non-through silo. It is required that the outer sheath (radial direction) of the cable can withstand water pressure. Within the specified test pressure and time, the insulation resistance of the cable will not decrease and the cable will not deform.
